It’s been a while since I have written about the things I am grateful for. My apologies to my beloved readers. Transitioning from one place to another takes a lot of energy especially when it is coupled with the transition of status and doing a full time job plus studying online.
Change is indeed inevitable and often painful and exhausting yet, there’s beauty in all things. It just depends on who’s looking.
That said, the first thing I have to be grateful for is the vitality of my present physique. Often overlooked, our bodies are actually our means in accomplishing things. Yet, sadly, most of us neglect them.
The Scriptures referred to our bodies as “temples.” Now that tells us lots of things but I want to focus on the fact that our bodies could actually be a home of a strong force that could enable us to do some unimaginable stuffs.
I’m so grateful that I am much vigorous and stronger than I was 10 years ago. Thank God for such vitality and strength along with today’s advanced technology and information over nutrition and health.
